The Integrated Nanosystems Research Facility (INRF) is a core facility in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta. The INRF specializes in biological nano-structured materials, biomolecular assembly and nanocharacterization for facilitating the development and integration of complete nanosystems. We focus on a highly multidisciplinary approach to combine hard (inorganic) and soft (organic) nanomaterials using both self-assembly, nanofabrication and simulation techniques that utilize our High Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC). To begin, we encourage all new INRF users to meet with our staff initially to discuss your experimental needs and research objectives. We can then apply our expertise to ensure we can accommodate your goals.
Please email us directly at inrf@ualberta.ca to set up an initial consultation.
After arranging an initial discussion with us regarding your research needs, please complete the INRF access form or the HPCC access form. [more...]
